SHIPPING POLICY
Last Updated: June 2026
Thank you for choosing Synergy Autoparts. We are committed to delivering your used, new, and aftermarket automotive components safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Confirmation & Processing
Pre-Authorization: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email sent to your registered user identifier. This indicates that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been pre-authorized for the purchase.
Inventory Verification: Once an order is logged, we immediately coordinate with our specialized supply networks and warehouse yards to verify item availability for immediate dispatch.
Standard Delivery Timeline: We strive to ensure that all standard orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer: While we partner with premium global logistics networks, Synergy Autoparts is not legally or financially responsible for unexpected transit delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, freight handlers, or actual logistics yards.
Delayed Delivery Protection: Order cancellations and full refunds under this policy will only be initiated and processed if a requested component remains undelivered after 30 consecutive days from the initial order placement date.
2. Order Shipment & Tracking Logistics
Dispatch Window: If your requested automotive parts are confirmed in stock, your shipment will be processed and dispatched from our facilities within five (5) business days from the initial transaction date.
Tracking Notification: Tracking numbers and carrier information will be emailed to your registered postal or email identifier within 24 to 48 hours of the package leaving our warehouse gates.
Support Escalation: If you have not received formal tracking details from our logistics team within six (6) business days of placing your order, please immediately escalate the issue by contacting our customer care department via the channels provided on our official Contact Us page.
3. Freight Damage, Discrepancies, and Claims
We take immense pride in our quality control, but automotive components require careful handling during transit. Please follow these mandatory steps upon physical delivery:
Inspection Upon Arrival: Thoroughly inspect the outer packaging and inner contents of your delivery before signing the carrier’s receipt.
Note Anomalies: If you notice any visible damage, physical punctures, crushed boxes, or missing pieces, you must explicitly note the damage/loss on the carrier's delivery sheet or digital scanner before finalizing your signature.
Photo Documentation: In the unfortunate event that your component arrives damaged, capture clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged part. Submit these photos immediately through our formal support channels, and our team will rapidly process a priority replacement or issue a full refund.
