RETURN POLICY

At Synergy Autoparts, we strive to ensure you receive the exact new, used, or aftermarket automotive component your vehicle requires. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.
CRITICAL NOTICE: DO NOT SEND ANY PART BACK without contacting us first to receive a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Returning the component safely to our facilities is the customer’s responsibility and must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Return Period and Processing Timelines
15-Day Return Window: Items must be initiated for return within 15 days of delivery, verified by the carrier's tracking number.
Transit Expectations: Please note that cross-border or freight shipping can take up to 25 days for a returned component to reach our fulfillment centers.
Refund Disbursement: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, please allow up to seven (7) business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If the original credit card is expired or unavailable, store credit will be issued for future purchases with Synergy Autoparts.
Sets and Kits: Single items or individual pieces that were purchased as part of a bundle, kit, or set cannot be returned individually.
Condition Upon Receipt: Items that are altered, improperly packaged, or further damaged during the return transit may be denied an exchange or refund.
2. Return Requests and Shipping Procedures
RMA Confirmation: When your return request is accepted, you will receive an official authorization email with the subject line: “Return Assistance from Synergy Autoparts.”
Strict Shipping Deadlines: The return must be physically shipped by the exact date specified in your authorization email. Failure to ship by this date may result in the automated closure of your return request.
Return Shipping Labels: Depending on the specific inventory type and policy, you will either receive a pre-printed return shipping label from us or be directed to purchase one directly from a major carrier.
Allocation of Shipping Costs:
Synergy Autoparts Covers Costs: If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or if an incorrect part was sent due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Covers Costs: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, an error on your part, or a part that is no longer needed, you are fully responsible for the return shipping fees.
Mandatory Tracking: You must utilize a shipping carrier that provides reliable tracking and upload those tracking details directly into your active return request portal.
3. Return Addresses, Restocking Fees, and Disclaimers
Correct Routing Address: The precise return warehouse address will be provided alongside your RMA instructions. Do not ship items back to our corporate administrative addresses; components sent to the wrong facility will be redirected to the correct warehouse address at your sole expense.
No Operating or Labor Costs: Synergy Autoparts provides components only. NO OPERATING COSTS, labor fees, mechanic charges, or installation expenses are covered or reimbursed under any circumstances for parts sold by our company.
Defective Parts & Replacements: If a component is verified to be defective, our priority is to ship an immediate replacement. If a suitable replacement cannot be sourced, a full refund of the total sale will be issued. All items must reach our facility before the specified warranty period expires to remain eligible for protection. Return shipping charges are completely non-refundable.
Restocking Fees for Customer Error: For returns due to reasons outside of seller error (e.g., the customer ordered the wrong fitment, misdiagnosed the vehicle, or no longer needs the part), a 30% restocking fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.
💡 Pro-Tip for Buyers: To avoid restocking fees and ensure a seamless repair, we highly recommend consulting with a certified mechanical specialist prior to ordering to ensure the exact OE-spec or aftermarket component matches your vehicle's VIN and specific model requirements. Items sent back after the warranty period has expired are strictly non-refundable.
